Course details
The Headache Masterclass will be held on Friday 2nd October 2026 in the Seligman Theatre at the Royal College of Physicians.
Delegates may register for the Headache Masterclass only, or for the complete three-day programme comprising the Headache Masterclass on Friday 2nd October and the Headache Academy on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026. The Headache Academy will be held in the Wolfson Theatre at the Royal College of Physicians.

General practitioners who meet the subsidised registration criteria should select one of the subsidised GP tickets.
All other delegates should select the appropriate standard ticket.
Subsidised registration
A subsidised registration fee of £100 is available to the first 50 general practitioners who register for the complete three-day programme. The subsidised fee applies whether the delegate selects attendance only, one night’s accommodation or two nights’ accommodation. The four subsidised ticket options share a combined allocation of 50 places. The subsidy does not apply to the Headache Masterclass-only ticket.

Attendance on all three course days, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Friday 2nd October 2026.

Attendance on all three course days, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Subsidised GP Three-Day Programme plus Two Nights’ Accommodation: £100

Standard registration
The following standard tickets are available to delegates who do not select an eligible subsidised GP ticket, or after all subsidised places have been allocated.

Attendance at the Headache Masterclass on Friday only. Accommodation is not included.
Three-Day Programme, Attendance Only: £300
Attendance at the Headache Masterclass on Friday and the Headache Academy on Saturday and Sunday. Accommodation is not included.
Three-Day Programme plus Friday Night Accommodation: £450
Attendance on all three course days, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Friday 2nd October 2026.
Three-Day Programme plus Saturday Night Accommodation: £450
Attendance on all three course days, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Three-Day Programme plus Two Nights’ Accommodation: £550
Attendance on all three course days, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Important condition of subsidised registration
The subsidised registration fee is offered on the understanding that the delegate will attend the complete three-day programme on Friday 2nd, Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026.
Where a delegate registered at the subsidised rate is unable to attend the complete course, the subsidy will be withdrawn and the booking will revert to the standard fee for the ticket selected.

The outstanding balance will be charged to the payment card used for registration. By selecting a subsidised ticket, the delegate acknowledges and accepts this condition.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is available on Friday 2nd October and Saturday 3rd October 2026 only. Bed and breakfast are included in all accommodation packages. Any additional hotel charges or personal expenses must be paid directly to the hotel by the delegate.
Accommodation will normally be booked at the Meliá Hotel. However, should this become necessary, we reserve the right to arrange accommodation at one of the alternative hotels listed on the Hotel Information page of our website.

Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Further information about the course will be sent shortly before the event.
