Course details
The Headache Academy will be held from Saturday 3rd to Sunday 4th October 2026 in the Wolfson Theatre at the Royal College of Physicians.
How to register & Select your ticket
To reserve your place, please select the appropriate ticket type and quantity below, and then click the Register Now button.
Eligible Specialist Registrars, Research Fellows and Clinical Nurse Specialists should select one of the subsidised tickets.
Delegates from all other clinical grades should select the appropriate standard ticket.
Subsidised registration
A subsidised registration fee of £100 is available to the first 100 Specialist Registrars, Research Fellows and Clinical Nurse Specialists who register for the complete two-day course. The subsidised fee applies whether the delegate selects attendance only, one night’s accommodation or two nights’ accommodation. The four subsidised ticket options share a combined allocation of 100 places. For all other clinical grades, the standard rates apply.

Subsidised Headache Academy plus Friday Night Accommodation: £100

Subsidised Headache Academy plus Saturday Night Accommodation: £100
Attendance at the complete two-day course, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Subsidised Headache Academy plus Two Nights’ Accommodation: £100
Attendance at the complete two-day course, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October 2026.

The following standard tickets are available to delegates from other clinical grades and after all subsidised places have been allocated.

Attendance at the Headache Academy on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026. Accommodation is not included.
Headache Academy plus Friday Night Accommodation: £450
Attendance at the complete two-day course, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Friday 2nd October 2026.
Headache Academy plus Saturday Night Accommodation: £450
Attendance at the complete two-day course, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Headache Academy plus Two Nights’ Accommodation: £550
Attendance at the complete two-day course, together with bed-and-breakfast accommodation on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October 2026.
Important condition of subsidised registration
The subsidised registration fee is offered on the understanding that the delegate will attend the complete two-day course on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2026.
Where a delegate registered at the subsidised rate is unable to attend the complete course, the subsidy will be withdrawn and the booking will revert to the standard fee for the ticket selected.

The outstanding balance will be charged to the payment card used for registration. By selecting a subsidised ticket, the delegate acknowledges and accepts this condition.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is available on Friday 2nd October and Saturday 3rd October 2026 only. Bed and breakfast are included in all accommodation packages. Any additional hotel charges or personal expenses must be paid directly to the hotel by the delegate.
Accommodation will normally be booked at the Meliá Hotel. However, should this become necessary, we reserve the right to arrange accommodation at one of the alternative hotels listed on the Hotel Information page of our website.
Registration confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Further information about the course will be sent shortly before the event.
